I am 28 weeks pregnant. I have just went back to work last week. I am doing a 5 hours a day standing up all that. My employer has said I will not be able to get breaks. I can't even drink or eat during those 5 hours. Only I can go to toilet once. My employer said you just came back to get maternity payment. Although I have been trying to come back to as soon as possible but my childcare was not sorted out earlier. I asked my employer back in January to come back to work but said we don't have place for you right now. So I waited till I had this opportunity. However, I haven't told them that I am pregnant until the start of my work last week. I am finding it awkward now and I have been ashamed of being pregnant again. Sorry for my mixed feelings and scrambled words.

If I were you I would contact a charity called 'pregnant then screwed' they offer free advice and legal information for pregnant woman.
You could also contact whoever looks after the health and safety at your workplace and discuss with them your concerns.
You should check that a risk assessment has been done for you as your company need to do this by law. If they can't offer you a safe environment to work in they need to suspend you on full pay, until your maternity leave starts.
You can also look on the government website or health and safety website to read about your rights at work while you're pregnant.
