Anyone pregnant after ileostomy closure?

Hi, I had an ileostomy take down in 2019. I've had no complications whatsoever in these 2 yrs.

I'm 6 months pregnant with twins now with a fairly big bump. I'm worried about the next months my uterus pushing the stomach too much and resulting in a complication where my ileo was reattached. Anyone has had the same experience? Any complications?
