How to ease dry retching?

I haven't had proper sickness just occasional dry retching. Sometimes bile comes up. I can manage this at home but in work not so much. Is there anything I can do to help ease it? I looked for ginger sweets but couldn't find anything, at least only unhealthy ones on Amazon.

I can't eat little and often in work as the NHS advice says. It's not so bad at home maybe because I'm not moving about as much and eating when I'm hungry?

I was advised to drink 7up/sprite. You need sugar and salt which this drink has. In moderation not too much. This can help with dehydration. Crackers also give you the salt. Sugary sweets and sucky sweets help. Ginger nut biscuits. Oranges. Small snacks a day rather than big meals. Don’t leave your stomach empty. Keep hydrated with water and eat healthy. Sips of water help. You can buy pregnancy acupressure bands. It’s trial and error you’ll find what works best for you. Good luck xx
