Pregnancy pains

Hi all,

I'm 11+3 weeks pregnant and suddenly getting a persistent ache on my right lower abdomen. It's not sharp or severe in any way but I've had it for half an hour or so on 2 or 3 different occasions yesterday and today. Could it be early ligament pain? I have no other pains and not bleeding. All pregnancy symptoms are still here but the nausea is getting better. My most recent scan was 6 days ago and everything was on track, in fact showing 3 days bigger. I have another scan due next week on Tuesday. I'll obviously ask then but just wondering if this was very common and I'm worrying for no reason. First pregnancy (IVF). Thanks in advance

Congratulations on your pregnancy, glad that all your scans have gone well. It sounds a bit like things like round ligament pain. It's quite normal as everything starts moving around to make room for your uterus and baby to grow. The first of many odd aches and pains to come! Wishing you a happy healthy pregnancy x
