I'm 26 weeks pregnant on wednesday and been having pins and needles in my hips. I had SPD with my son from 24 weeks but I dont remember pins and needles.
I do think I've got the beginning of SPD with this pregnancy but are the pins and needles normal? It just seems to be in my left hip.
