Yesterday I went for an early scan and I thought I would be 7 weeks (based on lmp). When they scanned me they said the earliest I would be is 5 weeks. I started bleeding this morning and blood was only there when I wiped once. I went to an early pregnancy unit this morning and they still seen a pregnancy sack. Has this happened to anyone else and they’ve continued a healthy pregnancy?? I really don’t want to loose this baby:(( I’m also not in any pain
