Hello, I wanted to ask that if induction is mandatory when you are 41 weeks or more? note that my baby and I are completely healthy and I don't want to intervene in my pregnancy,

No it's up to you as to what intervention you want, I would recommend that you speak to your midwife though as they'll probably want you to have extra checks as your placenta can start up break down after 40 weeks so a closer eye needs to be kept on this. My babies growth slowed towards the end of my pregnancy so I was advised to have an induction in case she wasn't getting the nourishment she required from the placenta. So it's definitely possible to not have intervention but if say do all the research you can and make an informed decision about what you want to do but be open and willing to change your mind if circumstances change. Best of luck xx
