Nitrofurantoin during pregnancy discharge

I am 14 weeks pregnant. I was getting a few bubbles in my urine. When I had my 12 week scan I was told bubbles are normal. However, I pushed the gp to do a urine dipstick test. They found ketones ++++, blood +, lycocotes +. My gp has now put me on Nitrofurantoin for 7 days. I'm on my 3rd day and as soon as I took the tablets I have been getting light yellow/light brown mucus with pink/red streaks discharge. I'm extremely worried as to what damage the tablets are causing. Please can someone help me.

It does say on the nhs website that they are safe while pregnant because they miss the baby and go straight to your urine but I would suggest talking to your gp just to be on the safe side and to put your mind at rest xx
