I’m pregnant with my first baby after IVF. I had a scan at 11 weeks and 5 days (my 12 week NHS scan) and the baby was measuring exact. I’m 14 weeks today and I can’t help but feel anxious. We told our family after the 12 weeks scan and my other half and our entire family are over the moon and very excited. I just can’t help but worry that something is still going to go wrong. All my symptoms have all but disappeared- which I hear can be normal at this stage but it has still worried me! How do you know at this stage that all is well? I really just want to enjoy it but this feeling of anxiousness is ruining it...

Hey Helen, I’m pregnant with my first @6 weeks and Miscarried August 2018. I feel you, however your coming out of your first trimester and gradually as you go on you your likely hood miscarrying comes down. With the way it all sounds I think your going to be ok, symptoms come and go, every women gets general symptoms but it is different for everyone. In this pregnancy I’m addicted to red sauce and I wake up so early in my first pregnancy I didn’t have no symptoms whatsoever.
All I suggest is if you can afford go for private scans between your normal scans, make sure you eat healthy and drink lots of water! Just give yourself time and don’t stress yourself!
