Hi there, congratulations on getting pregnant! I love to read the posts that contains pregnancy news especially if it is a success story after infertility struggle. Since this post dates back to a couple of week I hope you found some ways to improve your health already and things are better at your end. However, I'll go on and add some of the tips that might help. Firstly, identify the diet you need to channel energy or eliminate any frailty in your system. The next is get into regular exercise, that definitely adds vitality and I have read triggers good immunity as well. You can also resort to taking a spoonful of honey every morning to boost immunity. Green tea is a good thing to do the detox your body that will somehow help eliminate the factors that triggers all the health issue maybe. Last but not least get your doc to refer supplements, folic acid to improve haemoglobin and multivitamins or so.
