Period problems

So last month my period cane lasted as usual 17 to the 20th now this month I spotted red for like 1 day then stopped couple days later brown spotting for about 3 days then nothing now it’s the 8th and I spotted again pinkish red for about 3 minutes and it’s gone and now cramping slightly like I’m on my period someone please explain if you’ve been through this honestly what’s your opinion
