Let me begin by saying... unprotected sex is a total no no unless you're not on TTC. Assuming you've had the tracking app and no BBT or OPKs you have equal chances of it being a pregnancy or just PMS. I think you'd better take a home pregnancy test... now it's been 12 days it should give as much as a faint line if you happen to have conceived. Keep testing in 3-4 days till you get your period.
