it's been 8 days since me and partner had unprotected sex during my ovulation window and I've been feeling sick and having period like cramps and keep having head aches and dizziness?

Let me begin by saying... unprotected sex is a total no no unless you're not on TTC. Assuming you've had the tracking app and no BBT or OPKs you have equal chances of it being a pregnancy or just PMS. I think you'd better take a home pregnancy test... now it's been 12 days it should give as much as a faint line if you happen to have conceived. Keep testing in 3-4 days till you get your period.
