You can be under 16 as long as you agree to certain terms and your GP believes you are capable to look after yourself and understand what is happening. They are also not abliged to tell your parents or guardian. They can pursued you too tell them but they can’t do it themselves.

You should know, they don't tell you this but they are obligated to inform social services.

9 / 10 social services dont do or say anything unless you are already known to them and you're currently on a child protection plan x
