Hi

I was just after some reassurance, im pregnant for the first time after a grueling 3 years of ivf and fertility treatments, but i'm getting paranoid at every twinge and pain i get, as its my first.

Today i have quite a sharp like stabbing pain that comes and goes that feels like its right in the centre of my uterus. There's no bleeding, as its my first pregnancy i just want to make sure everything ok, is this normal?

Thanks xx
