I had salpingectomy about a week ago and i'm now a wreck. I want to cry and have a meltdown but I don't think anyone will understand me. I feel like they are expecting me to be ok because as they say these things happen.

Oh honey. I am so sad to read this. These things may happen but that doesn't mean to say that it's ok.

What is normal is to feel lost, at sea, drained and a little dull. Don't listen to sad music, try to think of positive thoughts and do something nice just the two of you over the weekend.

I think it’s completely normal to feel the way you do, I had an ectopic pregnancy about 10 years ago & felt very unsupported. You need time to heal both physically & mentally, your hormones will be all over the place right now too. Take the time you need,you have suffered a loss... grief does not have a timescale. I promise that it will get easier, with time. Take care xx
