Sickness from Pill?

Hi, so I've been on the combined hormone pill for nearly a year now. And every since I started taking it, I've had headaches and have been sick every 2-3 weeks. Is this normal? Have any of you guys had this before? What should I do?

Hi there, I was on the combined pill for 17 years (mycrogynon) and didn’t have any issues. There has been a lot of press recently about the unreported side effects of taking the pill. I would go speak to either your GP or local family planning clinic. They can decide if it is the pill causing these issues and suggest alternative contraception . You don’t want to feel poorly like that all the time bless you x

If these symptoms started around the time you started the pill, and have continued since you've been on it - and there's nothing else that would explain it - I'd go so far as to say it's likely the pill's fault. I've known a few people who had similar things. They seem to be listed on the side effects for most contraceptive pills too.
