My abortion and scan

I had an abortion with BPAS at the end of January, I didn't see or hear the scan but I wanted to know if there was any pictures taken of the scan? If so how can I get them? I've tried ringing but I'm put on hold for ages and I would really like to see my scan pictures

You will be able to access information about the scan pictures, but as it's been more than 3 months since the procedure your notes will have been sent for archive and confidential storage so no longer in the clinic. Please call 03457 30 40 30, and if you have your index number they should be able to help you, or help you access the best way to get them.

Most days I regret my abortion and cry alone about it and some days it seems to be easier. The worst part is when I went to have my abortion I asked the nurse to not show me the scan know matter what. I was already a mother and new I didn't want to see the pics. We were almost done with the ultrasound and That nurse asked me if I wanted to see it even after I told her not too. I really think it threw me off that she asked. When I looked I did some kind of uncontrolling yelp and cried like I have never cried before. It was horrible. Definitely something to think about,sometimes not seeing is easier.
