Ive been off the pill now for 10 months & my periods have remained regular throughout; but this month Im now 5days late. Husband & I last had unprotected sex 2wks ago during fertile window. Can I be pregnant? Is it too early to test? No symptoms so far....

You can test from the day your period is due, some tests are more sensitive and can be used 3 days before your period is due. Morning urine is usually the best as it's most concentrated. Good luck!

You could be re test in a few days time with first morning urine . I tested 22nd November 2016 and it was negative tested again on 2nd December and shown a positive. Xx

Hi There,

A pregnancy test is accurate if a period is later, lighter, shorter or missed all together, or if it was more than 3 weeks since earliest unprotected sex. You are ok to test now as your period is late. Use the first pee of the day as it's the strongest. Good luck.

Best Wishes

Jules
