Hello I wonder if someone can offer some advice, for the past 3 days I've been feeling very nauseous, I've had painful cramp and unbearable lower back pain (my back has been painful for the past week but really bad lately). I have had some heart burn come and go, I'm 2 days late but my period can fluctuate. I have been very tired been napping on my lunch hour but my cousin has just passed away so I'm not to sure if I'm just stress and being a worry wart or if I am actually pregnant.
