Hi There,

If things are not feeling right and you are concerned it's always best to contact your midwife by phone and chat it through first. If she too has concerns she would arrange to see you. Hope all is well.

Best Wishes

If movement is reduced or increased it is advised to go to get checked over by your midwife xx
