Hi There,
Have you missed a period, or has it been at least 3 weeks since the last time you had sex? As the only accurate way to know if you are pregnant is by doing a pregnancy test. Pains in your abdomen could be a symptom of many things. It would be best to a pregnancy test with your GP or local contraception clinic, as then a healthcare professional can go through your dates, so you know the test is accurate.

Hi There,
If you do a pregnancy now, you are still testing too early, it needs to 3 weeks after sex, or if a period is late, lighter, shorter or doesn't come at all, then it would be accurate. I know it's hard to wait, but for a test to be accurate you will need to. If you are in that much pain then you need to be seen by a doctor or as I suggested before talk to your local contraceptive clinic so they can through the calendar and your dates with you.
Best Wishes
