Hi There,

Do you know the reason for not having a period for over a year? Is it because you came off the Depo injection? If you haven't already it may be worth being seen by the GP and have some tests to find a cause. You may still be ovulating however, even though you are not having periods, so it would still be worth having sex 2-3 times a week, commencing folic acid and eating well to optimise your health. Also arrange to be seen by the GP. Have fun and good luck!

Best Wishes

Katherine

I would definitely see a GP for advice on this - technically menstruation is what follows ovulation, therefore it makes sense that if you are not menstruating then you are not ovulating. But you are young and there are many miracles in science and i may be something simple, see a GP to start the process. Good Luck!
