Hi there

It is always best to talk to your midwife and take advice, folic acid is usually for the first 12 weeks, and iron and other supplements help as the pregnancy progresses. Here’s a helpful link for you to see how get the most from a healthy diet and supplements :- nhs.uk/conditions/pregnancy...

Best wishes

Of course talk to your doctor - but just to say I found the Boots version of the pregnancy multivitamin was much better for me - it had ginger in it and wasn't as harsh on my stomach xx
