Am I Pregnant?

Hi I'm on the pill and when I stopped for a week I didn't get my period for 6 days and when I got it, it was very light and only lasted 3 days, which is strange for me because I usually get it within 2 days and it's heavy and lasts at least 5 days. I've been really tired and have been feeling really nauseous and I've been getting headaches which I never usually get. Could I be pregnant? I have to admit I don't take the pill everyday at the exact same time and I do sometimes forget. I did a test the first day of bleeding but it was negative.... advise please :/

I've been thinking that maybe the bleeding is implantation bleeding, I also had an early miscarriage last October

Hi there

If your period is late or lighter than usual I would suggest taking another pregnancy test as you may have taken the previous one too early. If it still comes back negative but you're still suffering from symptoms it might be worth visiting your GP so they can run some tests.

I went to my GP today and saw the nurse, she did a test and it was negative, but she said I've to go back in 2 weeks and do another test because it could still be too early to tell, and could be a false negative
