How can me & my child be safe at the time of delivery

my blood group  is B  (- )  and husband's one is is AB + .  So i heard so many problem with this group blood  when delivery of baby ? is that correct or how can we take maximum caution before delivery of baby ??

I am  now 26 weeks pregnant

please advise

Hi there

Thanks for getting in contact. If you are worried about the delivery of your baby I would recommend getting in contact with your GP or midwife as they are best placed to advise you on this as they will know your pregnancy.
