If no pills have been missed/were taken late (ie over 12 hours), then pregnancy is unlikely. However, a withdrawal bleed should not be used as a check for pregnancy. If you feel there is a pregnancy risk a pregnancy test is accurate 3 weeks after the sex you may be worried about.
