positive pregnancy test after medical termination

Had a positive pregnancy test today (3 weeks and 4 days) after medical termination, I was wondering if you could give me any advice.

I have been bleeding continuously, had 2 spells of really heavy bleeding and passing clots so large I could feel them as they passed.

Had very heavy bleeding last night, went to GMED at 3am, doctor felt my abdomen and gave me some tablets to slow the bleeding down.

Previously I have merely been told to 'keep an eye on it'..

any help would be fab!

Hi there

Its always best to go back to the abortion provider, so they can check there is not an on going pregnancy, or retained products which may be causing the bleeding, and they can do a scan to check this. I would suggest contacting their aftercare support.

I hope this helps

Best wishes

Katherine
