Sorry ladies pre warning this is about bowl movement a vomit haha. Just need some advice!

I'm 17 + 1 pregnant. I felt very sick when I got into bed last night and had to rush to the toilet to be sick, however when I got back into bed I started with period like craps but they where very painful!! I was crippled over and crying I was in awful pain!! After struggling a lot I managed to make bowl movement and a lot of gas (tmi) and the pains seem to have just gone now! Does this just sound like constipation to you??

Hi there

It does sound like constipation, but if it keeps happening you should talk to your midwife, or add more fibre into your diet.

I hope this helps

Best wishes

Katherine
