I had a miscarriage in the middle of May. Haven't used any contraception since. I've had two periods since then, but my period in now 7days late. I have done two clear blue tests and they both were negative, could I be pregnant?

Hi there

I hope you're okay.

There is always a possibility of pregnancy but pregnancy tests are usually correct if your period is 7 days late. I would suggest making an appointment to chat through what’s been happening to your body since the miscarriage. If you haven't already, The Miscarriage Association might be worth getting in contact with for advice: miscarriageassociation.org.uk/

Do get in contact if you have any other questions

Best wishes

Katherine

Hi Katherine,

Thanks very much for your reply. I realised I write May in my original comment but I meant to write March.

I went to the doctors and they took a pregnancy test which came back negative. However I still have not had my period so I took another pregnancy test and taken 3 since last Friday and they are all positive? Could I be pregnant?
