I am planning for an abortion. I am a 6-7 weeks pregnant now.

Does anyone have undergone oral abortion before trimester?

Please share your experiences here. I am very scared but I want to terminate.

Hi - my heart goes out to you. Try not to be scared, you'll be alright. I had an abortion at 10 weeks (so surgical rather than medical i.e. oral). I won't lie it wasn't the nicest experience but I was (and still am) in no doubt that it was the right thing to do at the time. Once you make an appointment you will get be scheduled for a scan and tested for STI's etc. Then you'll be given some medicines which will effectively have the same effect as an early miscarriage - so a bit of bleeding and abdominal pain. Have a look on nhs.uk they have some very useful guidance on what to expect. Take care of yourself.

Don't worry! Will be ok! I had an abortion a year ago and was with 8 weeks. Seams more scare then it actually is. But I would consider do the surgical rather than oral. Best of luck!
