I switched birth controls and had unprotected sex during those couple weeks is it a possibility I could be pregnant?

Hi There,

Did you go straight from the old to the new pills? If you started the new pill directly after your 7 day break (if you have one), or straight on to new pills then you would be covered. If you stopped pills for 2 weeks then re-started you may have risked pregnancy. Best to chat through with your local family planning or GP clinic or take a pregnancy test 4 weeks after the unprotected sex to be reassured.

Best Wishes

Katherine
