just wondering if you receive a withdrawl bleed whilst being on microgynan 30 does it mean you're not pregnant? i got one this month and wondered would being pregnant cancel out my withdrawl bleed?

just a little wonder?
Hi there,
As long as you took your pills on time and according to the packs instructions then you should not be pregnant. A bleed does indicate that you are not pregnant, but if you are very worried or if you missed pills then you should take a pregnancy test.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions or queries.
Best wishes,
Katherine
i vomited but i didn't have intercourse after that and took a pill right after but yeah i just wondered if a bleed means im not pregnant? thankyou
Hi,
As long as you took another pill straight away after being sick, and then you weren’t sick again, yes you should have still been covered. There is more information about what to do if you miss a pill or are sick while taking the pill here which might be helpful: nhs.uk/Conditions/contracep...
So if you took your pills as required and had a bleed as usual, it is extremely unlikely that you are pregnant. But if you want to feel reassured you might wish to take a pregnancy test. You might also wish to go to your local contraception and sexual health clinic and chat through your worries if you feel you are having any problems with your pill.
Best wishes,
Katherine
