Last week I didn't take my birth control. My husband and I had sex a couple of times without protection. We then had sex again on Wednesday and I immediately started my period right after we finished having sex. My flow is heavy and I am not having any of my usual period symptoms such as sore breast or headaches or back ache. Is there any chance I could be pregnant?

Hi anon14,

I would say that because you have started your period then the chances of pregnancy are slim but perhaps you could take one of those pregnancy tests that detects pregnancy early just to be sure? X
