Firstly happy belated new year to you all

I hope you all had a reasonable Xmas!!! I cooked my hubby a Xmas dinner as for me it was rubbish as I had my "safe food " as usual as I have had this very bad Diverticular Disease /IBS quite bad through out the festivities

I was wondering does anyone else get what I can only describe as having chills ,shivers ,poison &venom going through my body when I have to poo and yes I do keep an eye on my temp from time to time with it also when sitting it's like sitting on rocks and have had constipation also and forever afraid that when I've been it will unblock myself to the nasty runny poop stuff can anyone help or advise me on any tips please???
