Blood and mucus in stool and UTI!??

Hi guys so I’ve had blood and mucus in my stool for a while, the blood is mixed into the mucus. No stomach pain although I do get a dull lowerback/tailbone type of soreness that can last all day. I’ve also noticed I’m gassier. I’ve recently gotten a colonoscopy which has revealed some mild erythema but nothing graphic or anything that would explain my symptoms. Biopsies have been taken. I don’t know if this is relevant but I’ve had a long standing UTI for about a year now which I do get symptoms from, it’s mostly on and off. I did a urine culture and it came out to be the bacteria “proteus mirabilis”. I was previously prescribed antibiotics last year for what they thought was e.coli that’s until I did the urine culture. Is my uti somewhat related to my bowel issues? Could that bacteria have infiltrated my bowels?
