Chronic diverticulitis or something else??

Hi,

I’ll keep as short as I can, I’m hoping someone can make sense of this.

-38 year old woman, not overweight and diet reasonable.

-Chronic ache in lower left side for 18 months.

-Digestive issues noticeable for about a year along with fatigue.

-Blood work shows Hashimotos but TSH levels are within range, low white blood cells (literally just in range) and high IgA??

-Test for Coeliac came back negative (my daughter is Coeliac). Gave up gluten in case of intolerance with not much improvement.

-Treated for a bout of Diverticulitis in July with no investigation.

-Digestive issues increasing, energy levels etc decreasing.

I’ve been thinking that my thyroid has been causing all my ongoing problems but now I’m wondering whether there’s something more going on in my gut?? Also, I’m still very confused about the Diverticulitis as I don’t have any risk factors and shouldn’t there have been some tests?
