Using bowels

Hi I have Div and ibs . But the last 5 months I keep getting pain on and off on my left side , back ache , get quiet nausea around dinner time, and nothing to use my bowels up to 6 times mainly morning time . I use Metamucil daily . I’m thinking I might have colitis?

Any advice greatly appreciated please
