Had a pain for nearly a year lower left stomach (near my left ovary area) I have tried to keep trace but basically have a few twinges a day of a sharp twisting like pain in that specific lower left area of my stomach then I have a week without it then get it again for like another week or two everyday . I had a ultrasound on ovaries , uterus and that came back normal. I have had bloods normal except for low iron which I’m on iron tablets for. Now I don’t know what to do or what it could be? Could it be diverticulitis? If so should I request a more in-depth scan of that area like a mri or ct scan? I’m having trouble with my Drs surgery to do anything further I don’t know what else to do :(

I have the same. My ovaries checked too and was fine. Bowel checked. I had a polyp. Still have ache and think its ulcerative colitis. You need to get it checked x
