Calcium

Has anyone tried natural high calcium mineral water to help absorption of calcium. I am already drinking high silica mineral water which is supposed to displace aluminium which seems to be endemic in our modern lifestyle according to Dr Exley Phd. I am mindful of the plastic bottles it comes in but overall the end justifies the means.

I follow Dr Exley and his advice about high silica water. Have bee drinking Fiji high silica water for 5 months and tomorrow I am getting an oligoscan to find out if the levels have changed. Excited.
