We’ve changed the name of the bone health community, to include Osteoporosis and UK. We hope this change will help more people find us and reflect that most of our members are living with osteoporosis. We’ve included UK to help highlight that we, Royal Osteoporosis Society, are a UK based organisation, and all of the content, information and support available here is based on UK treatments and care.
If you’re living in another country you may wish to find support from these organisations:

The Royal Osteoporosis Society, are here to help you live well with osteoporosis and look after your bones. Our website theros.org.uk has information and support, on a range of topics to help you understand your bone health including drug treatments, exercise, diet and other lifestyle.. All our information is checked by clinical experts.
This change of name for the community is part of work we’re doing to develop and better support the online forum. We’ll have some new community guidelines coming soon to help us create a welcoming and safe space for everyone to share their experiences.
Thanks for being part of our Bone Health and Osteoporosis UK community, we hope you continue to find the discussions supportive and useful. .
Any questions please contact forum@theros.org.uk.
Best Wishes
Bone Health and Osteoporosis UK Team
