I have been watching an excellent free online summit called More Natural Approaches to Osteoporosis and Bone Health hosted by Marie Bissinger. It started on Monday and each talk or interview is only available for 24 hours (US East coast time). Some outstanding talks have finished but I remember that they do repeat them at the end of the week/week-end.
The talks cover every aspect - exercise, nutrition, supplements, low intensity vibration, HRT, bone profile testing to guide medication options etc. I really recommend Sheri Betz who does a presentation of research then a practical demonstration, also Joan Pagnano and Dr Claudia Tamas ( all on exercise).
It is free though there of course options to buy lifetime access etc which you can ignore! I have certainly picked up some very useful tips.

There's some worthwhile content and some new presentations this year. I like the exercise ones too, Fleetrose. Sheri Betz is very good. Dr. Claudia Tamas was new this year and also quite good. I'm looking forward to the interview with Belinda Beck (of LIFTMOR, Onero).
Belinda Beck's dedication to research on building bone strength with exercise is very impressive. She clarified that 'Onero Online' is not the same as Onero, which still must be done in person under supervision. She said she should re-brand it to make that clearer. The online program is more of a balance program and does lower fracture risk through falls prevention.
Interestingly, she hears from many people in the UK who would like Onero to be available here, but no health professional has applied to offer it.
I haven’t listened to it yet but plan to today. After I heard her presentation last year I tried to find an Onero practioner in the U.K. but failed. What a shame, it could make such a difference.
I do recommend Sheri Betz also - lots of research followed by practical demonstrations on what to do safely at home.
I agree, it's a shame no one is offering it here. There's obviously a lot of interest. I re-watched Sheri Betz this year because she presents research along with demonstrations of exercises, some of which mimic the ones in the LIFTMOR trial, but can be done at home. I thought Onero Online might be similar in that regard, so I'm glad she clarified.
