Calcium without sweeteners

Does anyone know of a calcium/D3 supplement without sucrose or other artificial sweeteners which a GP will prescribe? There are plenty of over-the-counter products but I haven't been able to identify one which my GP is happy to prescribe.

I don't know of any on NHS. I used to buy Osteocare which were good but the tablets are large and I cannot now swallow them. They provide other minerals that are good for bones and are easy to digest.
