calciven for severe osteoporosis

I have been reading elsewhere about calciven for osteoporosis is there anyone who is using this supplement, it says that it's helpful at absorbing nutrients.

it looks like it contains useful things but I can't find the compounds they use or the amount of each mineral. Also their website has this plastered all over it "In a survey of randomly-selected customers, over 95% of respondents reported improved bone density after taking Calciven for 30 days." No miracle cure can make a difference to bone density in 30 days. It is complete nonsense and makes me suspicious of this company.

On the whole it is usually recommended to modify your diet...the best absorption comes from minerals within food. But don't forget to take vit D3 and there is some evidence that vitamin K2 (in the MK7 form) is beneficial.

yeah thanks, I take 20mg of pantoprazole and they effect absorbing nutrients calcium etc.

and of course pred does as well. Many of us still go for diet...it is always better absorbed than the mineral supplements. I put in loads of effort into meals ...and then I wonder if it is all a waste of time because all the goodies are not being absorbed!!! One can but try.
