Merry Christmas Radars. You asked this question some time ago and you received replies. Nothing drastic is going to happen if you have a drink today. If you would like to have a drink, have one and enjoy it. 💛💚

Happy Christmas radars, like Katrina says you asked this before and we reckoned a little drink if you want one ought to be ok so have one for medicinal reasons if you want to.

How quickly we forget! Everyone is different, my 4 hr assessment on cognitive decline results showed no serious decline according to my age, lifestyle and diet. The 10 step recommendation from test included NO ALCOHOL. ! My Osteoporosis is severe T 6-T12 with L-1 showing weakening. Kyphosis is severe and very painful due to botched surgery in 2016. Positive Stance is my constant mantra, and it works briefly till I test. Good luck Tadar.

Not a drop since 2016. Post surgery. Created a salve to get off opioids using Hemp CBD A baths w Epsom salts, heating pads and ice.
