severe osteoporosis and alcohol

hi,I am wandering with Christmas coming on does anyone think it's OK for a drink or will it be too dangerous.

I’m sure a drink or two would be fine - just don’t go getting drunk and falling over. 😉

If you would like a drink or two at Christmas have them and enjoy. I don't just wait for Christmas. I say, a little of what you fancy does you good - especially now that I am in my 70's.

As far as I'm aware, small amounts of alcohol aren't harmful to the bones.

I agree, I'm near 80 than 70 and will definitely be having a drink. Falling is my problem so will be careful. I won't be driving of course. Take care and enjoy Christmas.

How are you doing Radars? I just thought I would see how you were as I have really been struggling my back is falling apart sitting is killing me it feels like I’ve trapped some nerves it’s so scary I don’t know what to do. How do you cope with your pain? I’m so scared I feel I can’t do this and I know you have been through a lot so I thought some of your wise advice might help. Thank you
