Alendronic acid and vitamin c

Hi could anyone tell me if it’s ok to take vitamin c why on alendronic acid .

As far as I know there's no problem, so long as you wait at least 1/2 hour after taking the AA before taking the supplement. If in doubt though, best to check with a pharmacist, as they have the necessary training to be able to advise.

Yes its fine, I take other medication as well as Vitamin D but do not take it at the same time as your Alendronic Acid. I always take that tablet first thing on a Sunday morning, that way it is taken at the same time every week

Thanks for your reply, do you no if it’s ok to take zinc why on alendronic acid , since Iv stopped talking vit c and zinc Iv had colds . Thanks 🙏

Not usually ok to take zinc, but you can ask your GP. But take the vitamin C
