Oxygen component of bone

Anyone done any looking into oxygen and bone density. Trees are made from the air and looking into it oxegen is part of bone... Phosphorous oxegen and calcium. Everyone seems to take calcium does anyone here take oxygen or has anyone ever come across the importance of oxygen in bone formation? Thanks. Doesn't have to be research just if anyone has any ideas or knowledge about it thanks.

Hi. I live near an MS centre which has a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. I intended to go with a friend who was recovering from cancer. The person I spoke to said the treatment helps with many conditions although there is a lack of studies to support these claims. I also found a gym which had an altitude room.....high concentration of oxygen .... My instinct says moderation and balance is wise. Certainly many of us do not get enough fresh air, especially now during lockdown. Also is our air fresh any more? I've seen oxygen on Amazon and like yourself, wonder how and what people are using it for?

Oh yes those little cans!! I wonder! My uncle had copd and had a machine which concentrated oxygen out of the air. He used to use it in his flat with all the windows sealed shut and I used to walk into that room and after five minutes I was feeling lightheaded ... The unit for measuring pollution is set as a measure of time in an enclosed room. Can't remember exactly. But I remember thinking wow that's the base measurement against which everything else is looked at that can't be a good thing. Thankfully my aunt lives in a draughty old house so a reasonable supply comes in the cracks. But then she has no heating lights a turf fire and because she's from a poor background let's one or two smolder away and often the house is so smokey. She has one of those alarms but it goes off so often she doesn't believe its accurate. I suppose a pulse oxometer would be a start. I'd never get her in a hyperbaric chamber she's very reluctant to even try new kinds of bread lol! I hope it goes well for your friend. Are you going to go into one as well?

My friend didn't go in the end. She did some of the things which came from my research. She seems fine now. I probably will have a one off session at some time, just to satisfy my curiosity.
