I have osteoporosis T-3.4 Diagnosed over 2 years ago and chose not to take meds. Also have mild bronchiectasis and asthma. I take Clenil inhaler and occasional Salbutomol. Recently discovered these are not good for bone health. Anyone else had the dilemma of whether to continue with them?

I’m in a very similar position to you Poppydaydream. I have asthma, I take Clenil 1-2puffs morning and night every day and have Ventolin that I don’t ever need to take but which I keep in my pocket or my handbag. Like you I worried about it but I’ve been told that the steroids in an inhaler are not the same as the steroid tablets that damage your bones. I also have chosen not to take alendronic acid. I took it for a few months and I didn’t like the side effects - I had no reflux but I developed constant sinusitis, sore ears, toothache upper and lower teeth, muscle and bone pains and I felt very old and rough. I’ve gone back the my normal self since I stopped. I take bone friendly minerals and vitamins and get as much weight bearing exercise as I can.

You could always ring the ROS specialist nurse and check.
