I'm having trouble finding a calcium citrate supplement with a good amount of elemental calcium without a load of fillers. Can anyone recommend a brand they like please ?x

Calcium citrate
NOW Calcium Citrate powder has no other ingredients. It isn't something you'd want to swallow as it is, but is fine sprinkled on breakfast cereal.
Thank you.Is Now the brand?
I take Just Vitamins stomach sensitive calcium citrate 500mg. I am supposed to take it with food but I leave the packet in the bathroom so I can take one capsule at bedtime if I haven't had my quota of calcium that day.
Thanks for your advice.x
This 900 mg/day, is it total calcium eaten or total calcium absorbed by body? I understood the body could only absorb 500 mg at a time, so if I have eaten say 1000 mg of calcium then I still need to find another 400 mg later in day to reach my 900 mg goal?
The other thing I read is that from the calcium in a diary product only about 30% of it is actually absorbed by the body. So if I have 50 g of the cheese brand "Cathedral City Lighter Mature Cheddar" cheese in a sandwich that's me consuming 480 mg of calcium (the brand label says 960 mg per 100 g) but my body only absorbing around 144 mg of calcium.

So, this is the big question, is the 900 mg the calcium eaten, or the amount that is actually absorbed by the body. Do I need to eat 3,000 mg of cheese calcium per day or 900 mg of cheese calcium per day? (assuming no other calcium taken).
One other thing the bioavailability of other foods such as bok choy has 50% bioavailability so eating 1000 mg of bok choy calcium the body will absorb 500 mg of calcium, versus the cheese above which would give me 300 mg of calcium from eating 1000 mg of cheddar calcium.
How do you calculate the 900 mg/per day?
