Wish I could help

I am not much help to you I’m afraid. Have had osteoporosis for early 20 years. Plus lymphodemia, arthritis, glaucoma, reflux, RLS, etc. Operation for cataracts due May/ June now postponed of course. Sight very poor. Back painful. Finished Teriparatide injections a year ago had no side affects while self administering.

BUT I almost enjoyed the peace of lock down. Sitting in my lovely garden in the hot sun gave me time for reflection. I am lucky to be alive. My daughter is my carer. Be positive if you can, it helps.

Hi Gilly, I too take much pleasure from sitting in the garden listening to the birds singing. I think nature is as good a healer as many of the painkillers and it doesn’t give us the associated side effects. Keep on feeling positive x
